Sturm Brightblade

Sturm Brightblade, Solamnic Knight from the Dragonlance novels.
While I loved Raistlin's wickedness, I respected Sturm's adherence to the Oath and the Measure. He is what I think of whenever I hear/read of any Paladin now. He set the gold standard for me.
